Step one: go to https://element.io/get-started to download the Element client for your platform.

Step two: Install the version that matches your OS.

Step three: Click 'Create account'

Step four: Click the 'Advanced / Other' box, and enter https://radiowarnerd.org and click next.

Step five: Enter your desired username, your password twice, and an email address. Click Register.

Step six: If you supplied an email address, click on the link contained in the sent email to verify your email address.

Step seven: Click on the down arrow next to your user name and click on 'Security & Privacy'

Step eight: Click on the 'Set up' button underneath the Encryption Secure Backup area

Step nine: Select 'Enter a Security Phrase'

Step ten: Enter a security passphrase

Step eleven: Re-enter the Security Passphrase

Step twelve: Download and save in a secure location your Security Key. Then click 'Continue'
